The Lenox Assembly Organizing Committee is committed to promoting the enjoyment of dance and music, and at the same time, maintaining the safety and health of our attendees and staff. While we as an organization are doing everything that is currently known to minimize the spread of Covid-19 during this event, it is not possible to completely eliminate this risk.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other viruses or bacteria that may cause sickness exists in any public space where people are present. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to such contagious agents during your attendance at this year's Lenox Assembly.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge:

Covid-19 may cause severe short- or long-term physical or mental illness and disability.

There are no procedures or policies that can completely eliminate the risk of exposure to Covid, its variants, or other infectious agents.

I fully understand and knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers related to such exposure while participating in the Lenox Assembly.

​

I voluntarily, irrevocably, and forever release from responsibility (and covenant not to sue) the Lenox Assembly Organizing Committee, the weekend's staff and volunteers, the Town of Lenox, and the Lenox Community Center and its staff for any injury or harm related to such exposure during this in-person dance weekend.

This waiver of liability release agreement, under Massachusetts law, has legal consequences and may affect your legal rights and ability to bring future legal action.
